Look for your account number near the top of your bill. Ask the company which number it needs.
The new company tells CenterPoint for you.
You have 7 business days to cancel for free after CenterPoint mails you a letter about the change.
Weekends and holidays don't count.
To cancel, call CenterPoint at the number on its letter.
The company must mail you a notice 45 to 90 days before your plan ends.
If the plan starts again on its own, you may get a second notice. It must show the new price.
