Look for the Service Delivery Identifier (SDI) in the charges part of your bill. It has 17 digits. It is not your account number.
The new company tells AEP Ohio for you.
You have 7 days to cancel for free after AEP Ohio mails you a letter about the change.
To cancel, call AEP Ohio at the number on its letter.
The company must mail you a notice 45 to 90 days before your plan ends.
