Look for your customer number near the top of the first page of your bill. It is a long number.
The new company tells The Illuminating Company for you.
You have 7 days to cancel for free after The Illuminating Company mails you a letter about the change.
To cancel, call The Illuminating Company at the number on its letter.
The company must mail you a notice 45 to 90 days before your plan ends.
Read it closely. Many plans start again on their own.
